Best Ulta store is always clean and organized. I would love to see the make-up of the Dior brand and Laura Geller. My only complaint is the lack of restock of the Rizos hair care products other than that, the store is great,customer service is excellent and the offers variety is good. The online service is accurate.

Will never shop at this ulta again. All the employees besides the one who helped me were standing at the cash registers while they talked and giggled before finally saying oh are you ready? Then proceeded to not help me when I had questions about why the website price was different than the store price. After leaving the store I read I was supposed to get a free gift with my redken purchase that they didn’t even mention. Worst ulta. Worst group of mean girls.

Do not expect any kind of piercing service from this location - showed up 5 days ago for simple ear piercing (first piercing both ears) person qualified to do piercing was apparently on vacation and would be back Sunday - booked online appointment for Sunday at 3:30 pm - arrived at store 5 mins early to one cashier and no other help - cashier made weird face when I asked about my piercing appointment - paged a second worker who informed me ear piercer had car trouble and she would go check with manager - by 3:40 finally returned to say piercer wasn’t going to make it in today - seriously as a store plan better - and if you can afford and plan vacation you can plan and afford reliable transportation or coordinate a ride to work

The ladies here are so very helpful.
I have never worn makeup or done any foo-foo girly stuff. I was always a tomboy and way too busy fishing, riding bikes, or swimming to do makeup.
Then I had a baby girl. Fourteen years later, she loves this stuff. I personally think the stuff is a waste of money.
However, if you find yourself in a position of having to get this junk, the ladies here will tell you what you need. Every time I come here to get something for my daughter, they always tell me the correct item she wants.
I swear, a bar of Ivory soap and a washcloth would save people a lot of money!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The products are okay, but the staff is what ruins the whole experience. Follow you around the store, hound you to sign up for the credit card, make a fuss about using your points, over all each time i've been to the store i've witnessed or have personally had a employee be incredibly rude and unprofessional to customers. This includes the managers. I think having a bad attitude and a need to be rude is a requirement to work at this store!!!!!
