The staff is absolutely the best, described as incredibly nice, friendly, accommodating, understanding, patient, and caring. They are immediately attentive, go above and beyond, and provide great customer service even when super busy. Customers feel comfortable, valued, and helped to feel their best. The business offers a wide range of gorgeous dresses and fantastic options, allowing for unique personal style. Prices seem very fair. They are helpful with ordering and the try-on process. However, they do not have many plus size options contrary to advertised. Many customers state they will never shop anywhere else and highly recommend Uptown Formal.

I had an exceptional experience at Uptown Formal. Their inclusive approach made my kids feel comfortable and valued as they shopped for Winter Formal attire. There is a wide range of fantastic options which allowed my kids to find formal wear that was truly unique to their personal style! We will never shop anywhere else...
