Went in to pick up the new iPhone 17 pro max. The one in stock was unable to be sold because it was mistakenly sent to this store instead of the one it was ordered from. So, there were 2 managers and one gentleman from corporate that thought of sending one of the managers to the store in Madill to get another phone that could be sold to us. They got it and brought it back and was able to sell it to us, while also waving the activation fee, for our troubles.
To me, they went above and beyond providing us exceptional customer service.
I would highly recommend this US Cellular One store for all of your cell phone and service needs. They treat you like Royalty!

Nicole is the BEST! She was very professional and efficient! She went above and beyond… even stayed an extra hr just to help me. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with US Cellular. They have a “lifer” with me. I switched from another carrier and it went seamless! Nicole and Courtney worked as a team to get everything set up in record time! I love those ladies and my phones! Thank you!

These people are amazing. The manager, Shaun, is very well spoken but not stuck up. Then there's the shining star that is Taylor. This man has helped me with so many tech issues alone. He even went the extra mile when my parents got their first iPhones. He literally took the time to teach them how to use it. My girls are usually really shy around new people but opened up to him immediately. He's so easy to talk and seems to be one of those rare individuals who truly enjoys helping others!!!!!!
