Packages always being dropped off at wrong address on weekends. Get some better drivers. I received neighbors packages and half of mine. All show delivered but obviously not. Worst part is someone sharpied the wrong address number on all of mine but somehow got part of them to me.

Massive levels of incompetence. Sending packages back because the address isn't valid? Yet UPS and FEDEX have no issue with finding it? Close down the postal service.

Package left at ups store as per cashier at ups aaauring USPS will pick up. Package not scanned either place and seems stolen either by ups cashier or USPS. I can’t get refunded for my item. I only have pic of package with the return label.
Extremely unsatisfied with both ups and USPS.
What to do !! Someone is stealing packages or taking it and not scanning it my package was left on 9/15 at 12:40 pm and still no record of it being scanned.

Typical for this town, but the United States post office in Ardmore OK closed it’s doors at least five minutes before they were actually supposed to close. All I needed was a book of stamps.

Over half time the mail carrier will not stop at the mailbox it shows on the website mail coming in the lady at the post office says that it could be 2 to 3 days before that mail is delivered.

Just like everyone else here I am having a terrible time getting packages delivered. Just moved here 2 weeks ago and they have lost 2 packages!!

Apparently there’s a high turnover at Ardmore USPS carrier/delivery department. I see a new carrier very frequently on this route. Perhaps carriers get frustrated at poor management and quit (?). How difficult can it be to match the house number with the mail piece? I deliver my neighbors’ mail from my house regularly (even the next street over)! My biggest gripe is that the carriers walk directly across my yard, within eye view of my mailbox, but do not pick up outgoing mail which is very plainly in sight on the box. Would have called the postmaster to seek a solution, but Ardmore post office refuses to answer the phone. Otherwise, have a great day!

I don't even live close to Oklahoma, but I happened to have to visit the nearest post office to get a change of address for my mail back at home. Went in today (2/28/25) & the nice lady working the counter had me in & out within 5 minutes. Explained everything perfectly & answered all my questions.

The lack of customer service here is unfathomable. Twice in the last 5 weeks they have lost my outgoing packages. As stated in other posts, nobody will ever answer the phone so you have to drive down there for correspondence in person. The supervisor is extremely arrogant and rude. If you leave a callback number with him, forget about ever expecting a call because he won't.
