I live in texas. I drove 3 hours to this pharmacy after calling at 2pm to see if they had my prescription ready to pick up. The lady on the phone told me they did, and I could come pick it up any time before 8pm. I then made the drive from Plano to Ardmore to pick it up, just to be told rudely once i arrived that they wouldn’t have it in stock until monday. I told the lady helping me that I’d called earlier and she replied with the same “well we won’t have it til Monday.” Easily the worst experience with a pharmacy i’ve had in my life.

Must be going out of business since everything was discounted. We were left alone & never approached so we just meandered around.

Love the orange tag sales that Walgreens has, if you're lucky enough to get there before they sell out.
Staff is always helpful and resourceful if they don't have what you're looking for.

Prescription was filled yesterday but would not give it to me because of an insurance reason fixed the insurance dilemma and come back today and now have to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled??? Every time I come it takes forever definitely will be moving to a different pharmacy

Unacceptable service (or lack there of). Every time we use this pharmacy it is a huge wait or rude staff. This last time will be the last time. Late night urgent care visit with my kid. Doctor sent meds in to here because they were the only one open and they wanted her to start taking the meds asap. There was an issue with the sending over the script and the doctors office called the pharmacy directly, and we set there and listen to the phone ring as they ignored the call. Needless to say we were told to check back the following day. This took 30 minutes of our valuable time and made my little girl get sicker waiting on a different pharmacy to be open the next day.

Due to an error on their end I’m having to go without medicine that I have to take daily just to function until my dr can resubmit my prescription, no warning or anything and now I’m out and having to wait several days.

Made another trip to Walgreens to get some Root Beer that was in the sale ad last Sunday. Why put stuff in the sale ad if it isn't in stock? I have been to the store 3 times this week and there has been one 12 pack that looks like it was dropped off the truck. Of course the web site says "in stock". The Ardmore Walgreens is the poorest one that I have been to in years.

I know I wrote a review of this place, I shop here all the time when i'm in town. They have the best selection of gift cards & wrapping paper, gift bags etc., we always come here for greeting cards & gift wrap. Located on the corner by TJMAXX, it's very convenient for me as I always shop there. Service has always been pleasant & there is a redbox located outside for movie rental.

Shop with local pharmacies! These jerks could care less. They have UPS sign on the side of their building and when you question why they can't actually send something, the manage kicks me out of the store! What idiots!

Takes hours to get one script filled for a sick kid. Totally unacceptable. Drive thru was backed up into the driveway blocking traffic.
