I am giving the service 3 stars only because I came in for a tire rotation and when I received my truck back, the center caps were just wedged on there incorrectly, causing the clips to be broken and the caps to be loose. No big deal at the time. Then I lost one while driving. That’s where the 5 star customer service comes in. As soon as I noticed one was missing I went back to the location and talked to Ruben and he was more than happy to order me a new one and make sure the other 3 were on there well enough that I would not lose another. Thanks Ruben.”
