“I was traveling alone with my two children when I noticed my headlights were not working properly. I had gotten my bulbs changed at an O’Reillys in Arkansas about a week prior to my stop, but had not been out at night. I stopped in and Isaiah agreed to look at my lights. He checked to make sure they were the correct bulb and then found they had been put in crooked by the other store. Once we got them in place correctly he double checked my brights and my headlights on the side of the building where it was darker. So thankful for Isaiah and his customer service to help me that night!”
