They need to work on there kindness and and manners with there customers when the customers ask for extra towels the workers need to think that they be a husband and wife and kid that needs to shower to that drives 18wheeler and and when did they start charging truckers for refills on there drinks they charger me and my husband over 6 dollars for refills on are drinks since we drive 18wheeler and there fans in the restroom or nothing but a joke you guys want be getting our business any more

When heading north from SETX, I either stop here or in Lufkin. Same small to medium sized Pilot/ FJ as anywhere except for the Moe’s! Not cheap, but vastly better than burgers, pizza, or worst of all Subway. You may not be able to get a good steak at a chain trkstp, but you can get decent Tex/Mex food.

I'm only rating a 2 because of the very rude and disrespectful lady working the cinnabun part. The other staff was friendly the store was nice. However the lady working the cinnabun part ruined the hole experience and the manager allowed her stay on the floor being rude

If your looking for a nice place to take a free Hot shower this place is it. Large showers, free soap, towels, and clean. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Love the pizza—hands down the best I’ve ever had! I just have to share an observation: the younger girls working here seem to be on their phones constantly. Every chance they get, they’re on them. I noticed it in just the few minutes I was inside picking up my order. It stood out that much.

The two stars isn’t for Pilot unless they own the Moe’s inside. I’m very unsatisfied with this Moe’s skimpy portions in the bowls and charging for anything extra including veggies. Which means if I get 5 jalapeno in my bowl I better be cool with it, otherwise it’ll cost extra. The owner of this Moe’s is obviously cheap because any other Moe’s I’ve been to does not charge extra for more veggies.

I frequent this Pilot Travel center 3 days a week enough that everyone knows me and calls me by name. They have good deals through the app and clean throughout the Travel Center.
