Drove an hour to be here after being told 8-5 on weekends. Thanks for the waste of time and gas. This is one of the reasons why arvest sucks.

The wait time at this drive thru is atrocious… 10+ minutes for a cash check…

I have never had a good experience at this location. No one with the loan dept would ever call me back even though I have an 800+ credit score and a previous mortgage with Arvest. Today I go to get a document notorized and they ripped my document.

Waited in drive thru at south branch for at least 10 minutes at around 2:30 on a Wednesday- there was only one other car in the drive thru and only one teller. I just needed to make a quick deposit. For no more often that I have to do personal banking in this way, this seems to happen often.

sadly my review is going down, not enough tellers, this one taking care of the drive through just told another costumer "srry for the wait we've been 'frazzled' today" ... Well I'm sure with only 2 tellers

I used to enjoy banking with Arvest. However, the past few months have been a HUGE disappointment. First off, money was taken out of my account due to a company mistake. An employee didn't do their job and check an i.d. A person I don't even know wrote down my account number (I suppose accidently) and was able to withdraw my money. Thankfully I log in regularly to my online banking. Secondly, the ATM malfunctioned one day at the location heading out of Bartlesville towards Tulsa and took $35 dollars of my deposit. I got it back but I had to call and answer a slew of questions like I was a criminal, some questions of which I had to repeat my answers multiple times!!! Lastly, yesterday, (the day before my Birthday today, nonetheless,) I had a bill come out of my account that was supposed to have been cancelled by PayPal, but wasn't. My checking account, therefore, was overdrawn. This is the only time any of my bank accounts have ever been overdrawn. Instead of Arvest calling me or looking at my previous history, I was charged a $14.00 fee even though when I realized what happened, I immediately rushed to the bank and deposited money into my account within twenty four hours of the incident. I got a call from Arvest Bank wishing me a Happy Birthday, which prompted me to write this review in hopes that things can be reconciled by this bank before my husband, my mother in law, and I take our business elsewhere!

Went to branch on Washington Blvd at 4:30 to open safe deposit box. I was told they couldn't help me as they were closing at 5:00! Left for the Eastside Branch and was immediately helped! By the way, the Eastside Branch has many if the WestStar employees! I love them!

After years with this bank for business and personal accounts I will be leaving. Today I was dealt my final blow from the Wire department. Twenty six minutes on hold. Shared my need for a wire transfer to take place as I needed funds to be in an account by 8:00 am on Monday. With over hour and a half to work with I figured this would be a piece of cake. It seems that the gal in the department was not aware of the rules of having POA and declared signing privileges for accounts. My call went from uncertainty to having to check with supervisor to having to call me back to not calling me back. I made it clear that this wire must take place before closing on Friday. The response back was that if she was unsure and ran out of time before she was scheduled to leave that it was no problem as they could do it on Monday. I explained why it had to be today and got no where. Long story short. After one hour and forty-five minutes and with having a family member drive to Arvest in Dewey we were able to get a confirmation of the wire. No help! No concern! No call back! On hold for both main line and then wire department for half an hour! Poor customer service.
