However, when I did come in for my tires, I had to wait 2+ hours. Service and everything was great, just would appreciate the ability to make an appt and have less of a wait.”
“All we can say is WOW! Accurate Automotive is PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT, REASONABLY PRICED & Most important, HONEST. OUR EXPERIENCE: My husband & I recently purchased a cute lil 16 year-old “fun car” (with only 18,000 original miles) & the air conditioner suddenly stopped working, only blowing hot air. We Googled the potential causes & braced ourselves for a worst case scenario. We decided to try Accurate based upon the positive reviews here & are SO GLAD that we did. They quickly identified the problem as something basic… Which ended up only costing us $102 to have fixed. We never would have known otherwise & could have easily been overcharged elsewhere...
INSTEAD, this repair not only cost much less than expected, we even had our vehicle back the same day. Accurate’s OWNER ACCOUNTABILITY & QUALITY CONTROL are a breath of fresh air. They are hands-on & their employee whom we met at pick-up was equally IMPRESSIVE…
