“Curt could teach all the other windshield repair places a thing or three about true customer service I can tell ya that! He fixed a windshield rubber strip flopping around in the wind for me on a windshield he didn't even install and charged me zip! FWIW the man that put the windshield in and the rubber strip refused to even look at it and said the only way he could fix it would be for me to buy another windshield from him! Based on Curt's performance the other person over at SL Auto lied to my face or he was just lazy take your pick! I'm going with the man being lazy because he had no cars there he was working on at the time. He could have at least looked at it or tried to fix it but no he just made up one excuse after another as to why he couldn't do it! As a result SL will never get another penny of my money after this even if he is right down the street from me! I'll go where customer service is still something shops care about for their neighbors in this town!!”
“All we can say is WOW! Accurate Automotive is PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT, REASONABLY PRICED & Most important, HONEST. Too many times over the past few years, more than one dealership’s service department has left my husband, son or myself feeling taken advantage of, charging TONS in hourly labor to “figure it out”, followed by waiting for snail mail parts. THANKFULLY, that has not been the situation here…
OUR EXPERIENCE: My husband & I recently purchased a cute lil 16 year-old “fun car” (with only 18,000 original miles) & the air conditioner suddenly stopped working, only blowing hot air. We Googled the potential causes & braced ourselves for a worst case scenario. We decided to try Accurate based upon the positive reviews here & are SO GLAD that we did. They quickly identified the problem as something basic… Which ended up only costing us $102 to have fixed. We never would have known otherwise & could have easily been overcharged elsewhere...

“Brought my mini in on a Friday afternoon due to the ac compressor going out. ABS had parts and my car back by the following Thursday. They are professional and quick. Couldn't ask for better service.”
“Playing on my fear, The Man at Big Tire told me the tiny nail was in a place where it was illegal to repair, and my only choice was to buy a new tire. See the photo. My finger is touching the repair, obviously in the tread, not on the sidewall. The Man claimed this part of the tire is technically part of the sidewall even though it is a part of the tread that is in contact with the pavement.
Since this is a matched set of four, I was reluctant to break up the set, when the set had a lot of good miles still left in it. So I called BS and took my car to this quiet little shop, Brothers Tire. They took out the nail, patched the hole, all while I waited about a half hour, then charged me $15 and sent me on my way.
Tire repairs are not rocket science. Go to Brothers Tire in Bartlesville and get a second opinion. They'll take care of you, and their prices are reasonable.”
