“Madden Auto Repair has never received anything but 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 over the years of bringing my vehicles in to get fixed. Honest, reliable and incredible customer service. Called this past Wednesday and was told they wouldn't be able to get to my car until Monday. I brought car in on Wednesday so would be on property. They called on Thursday to let me know service was already completed!!! This recent experience went above and beyond trying to help me with future service for the car. Like I said 5 🌟”

“Curt could teach all the other windshield repair places a thing or three about true customer service I can tell ya that! He fixed a windshield rubber strip flopping around in the wind for me on a windshield he didn't even install and charged me zip! FWIW the man that put the windshield in and the rubber strip refused to even look at it and said the only way he could fix it would be for me to buy another windshield from him! Based on Curt's performance the other person over at SL Auto lied to my face or he was just lazy take your pick! I'm going with the man being lazy because he had no cars there he was working on at the time. He could have at least looked at it or tried to fix it but no he just made up one excuse after another as to why he couldn't do it! As a result SL will never get another penny of my money after this even if he is right down the street from me! I'll go where customer service is still something shops care about for their neighbors in this town!!”

“Tom’s Auto Repair did an excellent job. They fixed a heater issue that’s been broken since I bought my pickup and also diagnosed other problems I wasn’t aware of. They called me with every issue, explained everything clearly, gave me the price up front, and made sure I was comfortable moving forward before doing any work. Honest, communicative, and thorough,I highly recommend.”

“I shouldn't brag on this shop too much or I will have a harder time getting scheduled next time I need help with a car. The simple truth is Precision Performance is a solid shop that does not upsell the customer, tells you like it is, charges fairly and does not jerk you around. The Man at Big Car hates independent shops as competent, fair and reasonable as Precision Performance in Bartlesville. Where other shops will tell you how you need to replace your suspension, Precision Performance will replace the wheel bearing that was making that funny noise, and send you on your way with a modest, and fair, repair bill.”

“Playing on my fear, The Man at Big Tire told me the tiny nail was in a place where it was illegal to repair, and my only choice was to buy a new tire. See the photo. My finger is touching the repair, obviously in the tread, not on the sidewall. The Man claimed this part of the tire is technically part of the sidewall even though it is a part of the tread that is in contact with the pavement. Since this is a matched set of four, I was reluctant to break up the set, when the set had a lot of good miles still left in it. So I called BS and took my car to this quiet little shop, Brothers Tire. They took out the nail, patched the hole, all while I waited about a half hour, then charged me $15 and sent me on my way. Tire repairs are not rocket science. Go to Brothers Tire in Bartlesville and get a second opinion. They'll take care of you, and their prices are reasonable.”

Great prices, speed and proficiency. Really can't complain. Despite me generally doing the work on my car, I plan to go back. Better to pay them.”

“This place is under new management and you can tell. I stopped by to check out a flat tire. They had me in and out around 45 minutes. The staff were through and very friendly! I watched the manager give great service to another couple who arrived before me. It's always so great to witness good customer service. I'll be back for my car needs. James fixed my tire up and even saved the nail for me to show me what happened. He gave me his business card and said to call if I have any questions or if anything comes up. You are awesome James!!!”
