Had a storage unit for several years. From personal experience I know they check security cameras to make sure units are secure. When I finally let unit go, they were very helpful with helping me close out unit.if I needed a unit in the future this would be my first choice!

After paying cash upfront, found out they Sold me the wrong size unit, called them minutes later and was told the owner ran into the store and would call me right back, he did not. Told me it was a 10x20 and was actually a 10x10. After that they ignored my calls for a three weeks. Finally got in contact by using another phone and all they could do was offer me a discount on the next months rent. Didn’t make things right, didn’t apologize, very rude and unprofessional. Plus the unit leaked water directly on my tv. After the run around just trying to contact them I cut my losses and rented another unit from a much better facility . Avondale storage is a scam, Run down, pour managed facility. Save your money and throw your stuff in the dumpster if this is your only choice.

The owners of this storage unit are beyond amazing. They worked with me even though I did not end up using their services. I am beyond grateful to how kind, generous and helpful they were to me. They were willing to help in any way they were able to help. From making sure I had a unit, willingness to have it ready late at night due to us moving across state, and overall willing to work with me. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed working with them.
