My wife and I waited 10 weeks for a mattress to show up. I called the office seven times and never received a single phone call back. When they actually answered the phone they always told me it would be the next day, but the next day never came. My only suggestion for you in doing business with them would be to have the patience of Jobe, the lifespan of Moses and be willing to spend more than $4,000 because that's what we were going to spend and apparently that doesn't even get you a return phone call. It's pretty sad that we tried to keep our money in town and they just didn't want it.
