I recently purchased an 'Engine Hoist' at the Bartlesville, Ok. location. I will NOT purchase from this location again.
The assembly hardware package was Incorrect for the hoist I purchased, In FACT the hardware in the package 'I' received didn't fit the larger hoist either. Additionally, two of the parts that were to be assembled to the hoist were a FULL 1 inch too short to assemble correctly.
I took the mismatched parts back to the store I purchased it from only to be told they WOULDN'T make it right. They would NOT give me the correct parts from another package. In FACT the ONLY option the Store Manager would give me was to return the DEFECTIVE product to his store and exchange it for another 'Unopened'(and uninspected) hoist of the same lot.
The Final Insult was the 'Assembly Instruction Sheet' which was Very POORLY printed and Difficult to read(Even with a magnifying glass) which left me with the only method of 'Trial and Error' to assemble the hoist.
Now, I must purchase additional hardware and fabricate extensions for two parts that are simply TOO SHORT as provided in the package.

Definitely a guy's version of Ulta for me. It is nice to know I can buy almost anything tool related here. I think I was the only female who came alone in the whole store. That's not a complaint, but a funny observation.
