The Hilton Garden Inn Bartlesville is located in a nice downtown area within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The facility is generally well-maintained with very clean rooms and a decently sized lobby offering space to hang out, along with a bar. A workout room with nice equipment and an indoor pool are available, though some guests reported the pool being cold and the hot tub often drained or non-operational. Guest experiences with the rooms vary. They are described as huge and clean, but some note the mattresses are not very comfortable, the television is small or not working correctly, and the climate control can be inconsistent. While many staff members are noted as great, nice, and helpful, there are occasional reports of less pleasant service. The breakfast buffet receives positive remarks for being good and exceptional. Overall, the hotel provides a generally clean and well-located stay, though specific amenities like the pool area may disappoint some visitors.
Incredible staff and great location. The rooms are tidy and clean enough but rusty fixtures, separating wallpaper, cracked paint, and musty AC units are not uncommon. The bar and kitchen are absolutely restaurant quality and very well staffed. I would eat here even if I wasn't staying at the hotel.

Brandon, the night front desk manager, was awesome! Extremely helpful, greeted each guest as they walked thru the lobby and was extremely accommodating.
Very positive attitude and genuinely a good person.

Stayed at the Bartlesville Hilton. It was a great stay the desk help went out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you Caitlyn I will make sure I tell all my friends and Family to stay at this motel.
