Tax season is always my least favorite time of the year, but Hood and Associates, always make it a breeze! Their Bartlesville office staff are helpful and friendly. The administrators Adam and Laura are amazing, and quick to respond to any questions I have! Their Tax and Accounting team are reliable, responsible, and easy to talk too. I really appreciate their Client managers, Coaches, and Fiance manager helping me figure out the best ways for me to plan for my future. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate all that they do! 10/10

We were mistakenly given other clients personal information two times in the 6 months that we were a customer. The owner Paul Hood is a 5'5 man that has pictures of him greased up in a speedo in his office if that tells you anything. He thinks he's hot stuff in the bantam rooster world I guess.

I met with LeRoy Shepherd at the Bartlesville location. He told me he was having computer issues but would send me my quote and information that afternoon or the next monday at the latest. I waited over a week, then called and verified my email and it was correct in the Hood system, but I was unable to get ahold of LeRoy so I left him a message. 1 week later, I still had not heard anything so I called again, was told LeRoy was unavailable and so I left a message again. The 3rd time I called I finally got ahold of him, and I was told I hadnt heard from him in the past 3 weeks because he was having computer issues. I am very disapointed, and LeRoy was extremely unproffessional to deal with. Unfortunately I can not recommend anyone to Hood at the Bartlesville location, as it appears they do not really want your business.

We’ve used Hood for 15+ years but now they’ve outsourced their tax team and they have messed up over and over again getting our taxes correct. We’ve spent thousands with the IRS from their mistake and it’s been a nightmare. Do not use them!
