I was helped by a guy by the name of Robert Murdock in the Bartlesville US Cellular office. He shot me straight, right from the git-go, made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I am NOT tech-savvy and he, without hesitation, gladly guided me through setting up everything, not only gave me advise, but took me step by step through the entire process!! “Our Motorola Cable Box failed after YEARS of connection for us. Addie M. checked with technicians and provided a different box and power brick cord. Went home and TV came on. But, my PC lost interent connection. Going back Addie assured me that everthing was done correctly to the correct account. She surely knows her stuff... All is well with Sparklight at our house... and, she explained the wireless opyion....will be updating to wireless in a couple weeks. Thanks, Addie !!!”

“We've been with them for 9 years! We were hesitant because of the installation fee, but absolutely worth it!! All the money we saved from the low monthly package and no overages, no hidden costs, savings came right back to us in putting forth the installation fee. We've had excellent service, so excellent that we've now put it in at two properties with them. We just love the office staff. And I think in the 9 years, we've had to reach out to technical support twice, and they were on top of getting it fixed. One time it was because of our own router going down, and they came out and brought us a router that I think we pay a few dollars a month for. We've never had to buy another router, and it's been five years. You won't regret giving them a try.”
