“We've been with them for 9 years! We were hesitant because of the installation fee, but absolutely worth it!! All the money we saved from the low monthly package and no overages, no hidden costs, savings came right back to us in putting forth the installation fee. We've had excellent service, so excellent that we've now put it in at two properties with them. We just love the office staff. And I think in the 9 years, we've had to reach out to technical support twice, and they were on top of getting it fixed. One time it was because of our own router going down, and they came out and brought us a router that I think we pay a few dollars a month for.
