Very well done. I am a first time customer so didn't really know what I was doing. Didn't make the experience intimidating.

As far as nail salons go I really do not have much to say or and or any experience dealing with this topic. But just a cursory note the staff seemed friendly and efficient. I was just hanging out with my girlfriend.
