I left AT&T. I couldn't understand why my bill kept going up and they couldn't explain. Now with Metrobytmobile. They understand customers come in for many reasons and 1st. They practice great customer service. The times I have visited with Metrobytmobile. I leave with the resolve and great full and SO Happy. The times I've been there (not the 1st customer) I've heard them explain the different plans and cost. BTW. Your plan does NOT go up.

Tried to purchase a phone. The number didn't transfer and after that the sales guy/manager was rude, disrespectful and refused to help. He tried to keep my money.

Overall a bad phone company. Bad prices and bad service. I wouldn't recommend trying them. Use visible wireless. I switched from them and absolutely regretted it.

This is since T-mobile has merged or taken over sprint and does not include many of the actual in store employees. The phone support and chat online support of sprint was not tops before but since the merge, never have had such rude service as well as people that just read off scripts regardless of what is asked. After telling that they will send a new Sim card for each phone or device and all you need to do is call in and they will activate the card number to the device you put it with the Sim cards were put to numbers that were not even matching to those on our account. When those didn't work they sent new ones, same problem. Even though said they put it to numbers they were given. They said again faulty cards. This time after almost 3 months not being able to use a couple phones we took the next cards to the store. The looked up the numbers associated with the Sim cards in the phone and they were not even our phone numbers. The people in the sores had the devices and phones fixed within 20 minutes. The phone people had said the were not trained to do that in stores. They messed up. Then found out when they switched over they could only keep so many of each phone in stock and what people needed to do except in larger places was order online then bring the phones in to get help activating or transferring. It used to be great just going in and having either things there or them being able to order. So after calling they messed the order up 3 times needing to refund 3 two times then a supervisor said he took care of it. Call back because he never gave a confirmation number just to find out he used the payment to pay off a different phone. Another supervisor refunds and promises to call to process the order himself the next day and give a nice discount as well. Never hear. Call them to find no notes about a person to call. There is an order only for a free Sim card. Sprint itself was a great company, this combining with T-mobile is a joke.

Well America; as so many of you are getting ready to enjoy this beautiful Independence Day weekend, I am attempting to gather my feelings from a very unpleasant, irritating and disrespectful experience that I had with T-Mobile's customer service for about 5 hours this evening. On June 30th, I ordered a iPhone 11 w/ a plan on one of their promos they have been advertising, sending me 3 text messages and what not to switch to their service,so I did it . Apparently the joke was on me. I am told it will be here in 2 days!!So when I get the email that it has been delivered ,one could understand my urgency to contact someone. I contact UPS, they tell me T-Mobile put the wrong address intially,so I call T-Mobile and the first agent is rude to me,why? It clearly shows the agent's error. Than I am told that I can not get it replaced unless I go and find a location? Why? I still have an account and it is plain as day that T-Mobile is at fault? I am penalized for your error? That's not not is it fair.

This company by far has doubled billed numerous Customers in fixing and altering account and billing information and changing billing cycles along with sprint a report has been made to a compliance agency and I'm sure we will all be getting a credit just because T mobile/ Sprint took advantage of the pandemic situation and it's customers y thinking nobody is watching what is going on with their accounts and by far made millions of dollars altering customers billing cycles and double billing shame on them.

Is the worst cell phone company I'd rather pay more money and go to Verizon and get better service than I get from T-Mobile they are such a rip off they weren't always this way I guess you could say we made them this way by all of us going to them because we thought they were a cheaper company but when you really need them they do not stand up to what they promise they are liars

Went in to add a line to grandson's account, had to wait for over an hour for someone that could help us, took another hour to do it. Went in today to switch service to another phone, was told I had to be serviced outside (since I cannot wear a mask) after all other customers were taken care of. Waited 30 minutes for a phone to be unlocked, left got other things to do.
