I went in to purchase a new battery and replace a battery in my key fob. The young man at the counter was very helpful. Not only did he replace the battery in the key fob ; but, he also installed the new battery.

It's not the newest store or the most knowledgeable staff- but the store is always clean and staff has always been friendly and very helpful. That goes a long way in a town like Bartlesville where you're more likely to get struck by lightning than get good customer service.

Came in to do a warranty replacement on a wiper blade and got taken care of very professionally by Jeff, at the store on Frank Phillips. He's always friendly and down to earth while remaining professionally.
