Just took our dog to Bartlesville petco to have him groomed but because he growled one time they said that they could not work on him. But how would and what would they do if a stranger was grabbing on them trying to force them into a cage. Far as I'm concerned is that the employees at themBartlesville petco is not worth anything and all they did was waste my time because my dog has feelings.
Recieved a reply from petco asking me to call them back and they would try to help but when I called customer service back the employee that answered didn't know what to do as usual and he took my name and number and said his boss would call me Monday morning but haven't heard from anyone as of yet so the boss probably doesn't know what to do or just doesn't care about their customer's.

We just moved here from the city. We went to Petco and we have Vital Rewards. We were denied using our Vital Rewards percentage off with the Rewards Coupon that we received. Have never had this issue before, very disappointed. Someone needs to contact the store and teach them how to use their programs that they sell.

Petco employees in the fish department are wonderful. They always give me excellent advice for keeping my 10 gallon tank running properly.

I live 45 minutes away and called ahead to make sure they had Nightcrawlers in stock. The person who answered the phone said “oh yeah we have a whole bunch of them“. So I drove to the store. I walked in and went to the bathroom first and it may have been the dirtiest bathroom I have ever been in my entire life. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a gas station bathroom as dirty as this. Then I went to the refrigerator where they keep the nightcrawlers. Opening the door to the fridge, I could smell them rotting without even opening any of their containers. They had about seven or eight containers, and I opened each one to find that the worms were basically liquid. I did manage to find one box that had alive worms in it. I went and told who I think is the manager, about the situation. He said “oh yeah that shipment got delayed today so they probably all cooked.” I told him that I had already called ahead and driven 45 minutes there and then drive 45 minutes back home And I wasn’t even sure if the worms in this last container would be alive pass the two or three on top so I asked if he would mark those down for me just in case there’s only a few alive. He then said that he would mark them down 20%. I left all the other boxes on top of the fridge and I could smell them all the way to the fish tanks. I will probably never come back unless I just absolutely have to because this is not the first time this is happened. I would rather pay more and have the worm shipped to me then even make a convenient run into this gross and dirty store.

Petco used to be an fantastic place to shop for pets. Now it's run by young bad management. A few weeks ago I had to take pictures of the way they was keeping the cat cages all covered with cat feces, on the inside cage. These cats had diarrhea feces on them and management we wouldn't do anything about it. Since then I've not seen Petco have anymore cats up for an adoption. I hope to send my pictures to the ASPCA or the state so they can do a on how the cats are kept. I assume the owners don't know how to hire good managers. Now everyone has to drive 45 minutes away to another business just to get good quality service. If you take a look at my pictures you will see brown diarrhea feces on the cats. Shame on you for treating these cats this way.

The grooming depart person was rude so was the manger and assistant manager told me I could go back to PetSmart. Upcharged me because I had a husky that weighed 49.lb I advise she is medium dog per your website since she does not weigh 50lbs. Total cost should have been 68$ and they charged me 86$ . She was still very wet when I got her and shedding more then before I told her in. They need new manager, assistant manager and a new people in the grooming department. They can't keep people there and I see why now. Worst experience I have had with any groomer or store.
