Incredibly rude flippant attitude from your teller in the drive-thru bank this evening. I cannot imagine why you guys are not training these people better to deal with the public. I've been an account holder with RCB for many, many, many years. I do most of my banking online for a good reason! But today was one of the rare occasions that I had to go through the drive-thru to draw out some money from my account and it's just hit and miss with what kind of behavior you're going to get from the bank teller of the moment. But I really blame RCB because you guys need to be training your people in BASIC customer service, and you are clearly falling down on the job!

Had a horrible experience with a lady from the loan department today. Will never use RCB for my business in the future and suggest you do the same.

I would put my money in a coffee can before I put it in the hands of RCB bank. And for the love of god never I repeat NEVER get a mortgage with them!!

Have been an account holder here for only a couple of years, but the best experience ive had with any bank by far. Loan officers are great as well but they change often so try not to get attached to any one in particular.

Let's start with I'm not a account holder at RCB bank. Only been dealing with bank to pay my water bill. But because of the horrible experience I have had with them. I will never become a customer of RCB. 1. Why does the bank need to make a photo copy of my DL to to pay my bill with a debit card. ( no other place does) Then charge me 3.00. NOW THEY WANT MY FINGER PRINT TOO. 2. Attitude of cashier is uncalled for. "If I didn't like the way they did payment. I could pay it someplace else. " 3. List of rules about access to your money. 24 hours to 7 days. Ridiculous. CNB gives me access to my money right away. Will never do business at RCb in bartlesville again. And urge everyone to find a different bank to put your money in.
