They don't or didn't used to have anyone answer phones..so if you needed to cancel you could only leave message...then they won't let you come back bc you missed your appt! Hire a receptionist and then that won't happen and I know of 3 people that it didhappen to. Wasn't all that anyway.Service: Hairstyling
