I was super impressed when I called to make a new tire appointment and was told no appt was necessary, to just come in at my convenience. However, when I did come in for my tires, I had to wait 2+ hours. Service and everything was great, just would appreciate the ability to make an appt and have less of a wait.

I have been using Tate Boys for years & have always been very pleased with their work. I can truthfully say I wouldn't even consider using anyone else for all of my vehicle maintenance needs.

Front staff are friendly but i was first in line and it still took 2 hours for a tire change, then a lug nut flew off as i drove away and i had to go back to have it replaced and watched them tighten all the nuts.
