The past year all renters have been restricted to only using the units that should be available for 40 hours a week down to when it's convenient for getting someone to come out. It's almost not worth trying to store my belongings if I can't put things in and take things out when I please.

Our unit was broken into and found in a unit that belongs to the property along with lock cutters. We reported our stuff missing and it was been reported this storage unit has had a lot of reports due to break in. Some cameras are up but not all storage units are covered and unfortunately we had no camera near by to help. We moved out and will find a new more secure place.

I would leave no stars if possible. The buildings floor fill with water. Dank and musty. We had to put everything up on blocks to keep our stuff out of the water IN the storage unit. The management will keep your money if you pay in advance and put the balance onto the next renters account. No where in the contract is this stated, plus sub leasing is prohibited. Don’t rent from these people. There are much better places. This is a dump.

Haven’t had our stuff here for more than 3 months and it was infested with mice. Ruined a third of the stuff we put in there and called the managers with finally a week later response if there’s nothing they can do. People are paying to keep their stuff protected if I wanted my stuff eaten by mice I would’ve put it in a barn. Highly don’t recommend using this storage facility, they clearly don’t take care of their unit or renters.

Been renting a space here for over 10 years. Got broke in to once. Lost about $1000 bucks worth of belongings. Management apologized but that was all.
