I paid ups to pack and ship my computer to a friend in Florida only to have it be wrapped in 1 sheet of bubble wrap and get destroyed in shipping . I wish I had never shipped it. before and after pictures. I'm so upset. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS STORE.
