Helpful staff, friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and impressively fast yet patient. I almost minus a star for limited parking and terrible access by a busy Starbucks or bumpy parking lot, but that’s exterior conditions. Inside, they are well above par.

UPS wanted $36 to ship the same box USPS would have charged me $27 for. I wasted my time and gas driving out of town to realize this. I did not use UPS and won't bother with them in the future.

All the associates there have been so kind whether I called and spoke to them on the phone or physically went into the store for help. Just today associate Jordan helped me with my package. She was amazing, friendly, and very kind. I couldn't say more about her. She is definitely an asset to your company. It's nice to see this friendliness in this day and age where things have changed so dramatically over the years. Thank you UPS and thank you Jordan!

I’m not typically one to write a one star review; that said, this was a frustrating experience. The Amazon return email I received made no mention of the return needing to be in additional packaging beyond its original wrapping—it simply looked like the return email I always receive. The item was still in its original wrapping with a label on it and unopened, yet I had to pay almost $10 for shipping due to the fact that it was “customer packed”. This is a frustrating experience, especially due to the fact that this was a gift needing to be returned, I have never experienced this issue in the numerous times I’ve made returns at other UPS locations over the past several years, and it was unopened in its original packaging. I didn’t even realize what the front desk representative meant by “customer packed” until I got home, and I feel taken advantage of due to this.

Someone sent package to me from this location. Never received package even though it said it was delivered. Lost quite a bit of valuables due to this. Thanks a lot.

I can not say enough great about Tonya. Customer service at its finest!(I normally do not give out the highest rating. I believe there is always room for improvement. Nothing is perfect. In this case I believe Tonya is definitely a leader in customer service.)

I usually despise going to the mail offices (everywhere else that I have lived) but the people that I have encountered here are always so pleasant and are always happy to help when I need it.
