Excellent customer service! I have spoken to Adam the pharmacist several times and he is always very diligent & professional. He always answers my questions & is very thorough in his explanations. He is also very patient & has excellent customer service even when the pharmacy is very busy.

I have been using this location for over a year and have had minor issues. Today however I received a phone call that my prescription had an insurance issue and once it was handled they would let me know. I called the pharmacy to see what the issue was and they told me they never received a prescription for me.. even though on the app it clearly said received on 4/9 and I received the automated phone call saying they had one for me.
Their best answer for why I received notifications that medication was ready was they don’t have control over the automated system and that it just does that.
They are a bunch of liars who have the worst customer service. I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

When moving to this city, I chose this pharmacy for convenience to transfer my prescription over to. Nothing went smoothly about it. I don't believe I ever received a call from them when the medicine was finally ready, or about any of the issues they ran into for why they did not have it ready. I had to constantly call/walk in myself to find out. One time it appeared the order had not been put through until I had called again. There was an error in it that they claimed came from the doctor, and they asked me to obtain another prescription from them. My previous pharmacy finally said they would call Walgreen's and sort it out. There was a lot of legwork for me to do just to finally get a month's worth of medication, for more expensive than I was previously paying per dose. I switched to Walmart when it ran out and asked my doctor to send it there. It was ready the very same day, and they contacted me immediately. The price was the same as I was used to previously paying. I can understand if things take longer or there are snags in the road, but the lack of communication/notification about it made it not work out for me, whenI have a daily medicine.

I've been a walgreens customer for 2 decades, sometimes there's a wait at pharmacy but the staff is excellent, always going above and beyond, they are super cautious on medication interactions, instructions and allergies. I only trust walgreens for my pharmacy needs.

Wouldn't let my friend with severe medical issues use the restroom that they closed 2 hours before the store actually closed. I told them of the possibility of her having an accident on the floor and they didn't care and said for her to just go on the floor. This is unacceptable and heartless for a store that sells medicine and medical equipment of all things. She is a stage 4 colon cancer survivor, stroke survivor and has kidney and liver issues...no compassion or sympathy at all. Unbelievable! They lost a customer and corporate has been contacted. Jerks...

Frustrated on Frank Phillips…I always like going to the local Walgreens because of their deals on soda pop. I went to this one on Frank Phillips on Monday afternoon to pick up a few cases of soda pop to restock the fridge. When I walked up to the cash register, the clerk was having a conversation with someone on her work radio. I couldn’t hear the conversation because she was wearing an earpiece, but her conversation took precedence over me standing at the register and waiting on her. Then another employee walked up and they began a personal conversation about having to work and a dinner or a meal that was planned with coworkers. I can understand the excitement of holiday meals with friends, but it was a little frustrating to have to stand there and wait on them to finish their conversation while I was waiting on her to process my payment. I think she sensed my frustration because she said, “Oh, I’m sorry. I probably should be paying attention to you instead of talking.“ I will definitely be back to shop at Walgreens, but I will never expect the level of customer service that administrators say their employees should have.

I called them right before I left to get my meds they said they closed at eight I get there at 6 pm and they said they're closed so apparently they don't care if you get your medicine or not. They lied and trip wasted.
