Sara at the front desk and Dr Shay are rude to elders don’t send your grand parents here! I’ll be calling back tomorrow to speak to a manager and if she rude definitely escalating up to corporate. We don’t usually use Walmart but this time is where my grandmothers doctors had to send get prescription for whatever reasons! Very rude and lacks empathy. I understand they are busy busy but that’s has nothing to do with professional respect shown and giving!

My insurance makes me use cvs Caremark which is crap and they never have my migraine shot in stock. I called my insurance and they are letting me use Walmart Pharmacy because Cvs can't keep my shot in stock. I talked with a Katie, Shawnda, and Jennifer and they all helped me get my shot. Move from Cvs here in Bartlesville to the Walmart Pharmacy and they were very helpful and was able to get it transferred and called insurance and everything and I was able to pick it up within an hour. Thank God they had one in stock because I'm going a week behind my shot because Cvs can't keep it in stock and these three Walmart Pharmacy ladies were very helpful, sweet, and did everything they could to help me, and was very sympathetic and helping me & was fantastic and helping me get my Much-needed monthly migraines shot . I cant thank you 3 three ladies at the Bartlesville Walmart Pharmacy enough for what yall did for me today for getting my migraine shot. Thank you, Katie, Shawnda, and Jennifer.

I’ve been using Walmart pharmacy in Bartlesville ok for over 2 years and have never had a single issue. The pharmacy staff is always nice and make me feel important. Their prices are the best in town. They are very efficient and speedy. So grateful! Thank you so much :)

Called to see about having a prescription transferred from one walmart to another and the woman who answered was quite hateful. Just had a couple questions i needed answered. She may have been busy, but still no excuse in my opinion.

I've called multiple times on different occasions. Each time when I was put on hold I was hung up on. Each time! Then when I called back I got a rude " You need to wait" then put me back on hold before I could even tell them they hung up on me multiple times. It's very rude! Just trying to see if my son's meds are there before coming!

Former HCW here.I'm immunocompromised. My immune system is shot. It's never been a problem before with the pharmacist masking when I got my boosters.This time it was a major problem."We don't have to.""I'm asking you to.""We don't have any."Masks? A pharmacy?I asked if they were health care workers.No answer (they are).I asked if my health was important to them.They became very rude.Done with this place. If they don't care about my health, I'm definitely going to go somewhere else.

Walgreens South is closed on weekends and weekdays at 6 PM. I had to go to Walgreens North which apparently closes at 6 and today had drive thru only. We waited in a line of cars for 25 minutes and rolled up right at 6 and the lady behind the window looked at us and walked away. I called inside to inquire and they said that I’d have to come back tomorrow. Now my ear is killing me and I’ll have to wait another day for antibiotics- unbelievable. The only way to protest is to get your meds somewhere else which I will be doing from now on. There were 9 cars behind me!

It is June 24, 2022. I was at the Walmart Pharmacy, in line at 7:40 p.m., 20 minutes before closing time. I finally get to the window at 7:50 p.m. They are supposed to close at be 8:00 p.m. I ask for Sudafed. I am told that that she can't sell it to me. I asked why not. She says she has no till in the register to take payment. I asked if I can pay for it up front and get told no. But the two people before me could take their medicine up front to pay. The whole thing is ridiculous. If you are supposed to be open until 8 p.m. then have what you need to conduct business properly. Why would you not have a till if you are still open? Walmart is getting worse and worse for customer service every day.

The pharmacist well let's say lacks compassion and some common sense.I would avoid this place to find an experienced pharmacist who will treat their customers with a little more respect and understanding than she does. Everyone has a bad day no reason kick them to the curb when they are having one. 2 stars because her assistant was nice.

They are rude, they do not listen. Trying to tell you a prescription that medicare pays for will be $116 when they have always paid for it. And was hateful and refused to let me speak with the pharmacist. Would not recommend them.
