I wanted to know if there was an open unit near the one I rent now. Steve was kind enough to look up my area and find the one closest. The people with the Mounds facility are really nice. My unit was clean and easy to locate.

This is a horrible place to do business with. Like to add fees with no explanation or communication when they know you have a renters policy on file. Make it impossible to speak to anyone in a billing department. You have to fight for a refund and when you get it and prove you have proper documents they still charge you. Instead of discussing the account they want you to email support when they're the leasing agent and should be able to explain or fix the issue at hand. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.And the young kid that works there calls and leaves a message that my refund is processed and my account updated with my policy but yet my account doesn't reflect that and still being charged

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF RATS AND MICE! I MOVED A COUCH AND IT WAS THERE 2 DAYS AND INFESTED! HAD TO SPEND TIME AND MONEY TO HAVE IT CLEANED! NEXT THE OTHER STORAGE I HAD STUFF IN WAS THERE A MONTH AND INFESTED! THAT CONTANED MY BED AND CLOTHING!!!! THEY DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY ON PEST CONTROL. MY MAIN STORAGE WAS NEXT TO THE POISION TRAP. RAT AND MICE DROPPINGS ARE A HUGE HEALTH HAZARD. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY GRIEVANCES YOU MAY HAVE AND NOBODY CONTACTS YOU! THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY! THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE AND POORLY MANAGED! I AM CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ASAP

I have 2 units in mounds. I always forget about my auto pay. When I call the facility, Shelby is always helpful and cheerful while walking me through how to pay online.

Sammy a leasing agent with Arborstone Storage Mounds is very helpful and friendly. Every time I’ve called them they have been very friendly and will to help. I’ve had a storage unit for over a year and no problems. The facility is clean, easy to get in and out of no problems with anybody messing with my unit. I would 100% recommend them.

I needed to rent a unit in this area, as it’s close to the Tulsa area for me. I spoke with Sami and she couldn’t have been nicer! They are so accommodating and helpful. I would recommend Arborstone Storage to everyone!

This establishment is affordable, and the property is kept very clean. Sami with customer service was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and kind helping me with everything I needed and even gave me some helpful information I wasn't aware of. My family, friends, and I have used this loaction for a while now. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
