They are out of business!! owner got cancer and can no longer make boots. Everything is tied up in court and as soon as that's settled the owner will get in touch with customers. THERE IS NO ONE ELSE THAT CAN MAKE THE QUALITY BOOT YOU NEED AT THIS TIME!

Extremely disappointed with Smitty, the Blucher Boot Maker. He apparently has walked away from the business and left many customers boot orders unfinished. Visited the store last week to check on the status my boots. Smitty was no where to be found, but I did meet with a gentleman who has his own leather business and is operating out of the Blucher Boot store front. He was good enough to provide me with the phone number of an Edmond attorney supposedly handling the situation. A call to the attorney has gone without a response.

The guy is a crook. Took my $500 deposit and refused to make the boots. Highly dishonest.
