I never leave bad reviews, but I contacted this gentleman on Saturday. He told me to send pictures of my furniture, so I did. I didn’t here back from him so I sent a follow up message- no response. I have made 2 more calls and left messages, but no response. Good luck if you try to contact them, evidently they do not want my business.

Excellent job on the patio furniture! Now we have our patio back! And the cleaner works wonders on the boat seats and cushions! We fish a lot and I have never had a cleaner that worked that well, thanks!

We had a terrible experience with Patio Magic and hope we can prevent others from having the same experience. We had an expensive Woodard wrought iron patio table and six chairs which needed repainting. The set was in excellent condition - no rust - but the original color had faded. In June, 2012, we found Patio Magic through an internet search. We contacted Al, and he sent two family members to pick up our set. It was explained to us that they would disassemble the furniture, sandblast it down to the bare iron to remove the old finish, then powder coat in the new color, then reassemble. The total cost for the painting/pick-up/delivery would be $785. This seemed high, but knowing that they were an authorized service center for Woodard, we trusted that they would do a good job. When the set was returned to us, it looked good. But less than one year later, in Spring, 2013, we started to notice multiple areas of rust on both the table and chairs. This had never happened with the original factory finish, and it was clear that the powder coat applied by Patio Magic was not done correctly. We contacted Al who agreed to repaint the set. But it took 6 months for him to pick it up, despite multiple emails/phone calls. And then it took 7 more months (and multiple emails/phone calls) to get the set back. And within two months, we again noticed rust developing in multiple spots. When we contacted Al again, he refused to do anything more and claimed that the set was rusting when he first took it to repaint it. This is absolutely false. And he informed us that he does not guarantee against rust occurring on his paint jobs, which he had never mentioned before. Finally, he refused to refund any of our money because he had "already lost money and any profit" on our job. At this point, we gave up. Our set continues to rust and looks terrible. We are out $785 and have nothing to show for it. Please think twice about doing business with Patio Magic.

Do Not Trust this business! They took my furniture along with a $425 deposit last November promising to replace the fabric and repaint the frames. In April I called for progress and were told they cannot do any of the work and will bring my furniture back. After nearly a month and several promises to bring back my furniture, I had to borrow a truck and go pick up my furniture. They had lost the seat cushions and offered only a nominal payment for lost cushions. They had my furniture for over 6 months, did nothing but lose the cushions and would not return it to me.
