“We're new to Okmulgee. I called our local Post Office and was unable to get through, but surprisingly, a nice gentleman (forgive me for not remembering your name!), called me back! That is not something I would've expected, as I came from over 20 years in Tulsa. And in Tulsa, that doesn't happen. (Not that we didn't love our former Post Office!) He worked with me to sort out my issue and was very nice and fun to talk with. Thank you so much for your help. I love it here and now I know we have an awesome local Post Office with awesome folks managing it!”
“I’ve had my fair share of ordeals with parcels being mis-delivered or delayed but PLEASE treat the employees here with kindness and they will treat you the same back! Margaret and Vanessa are two wonderful souls who will go above and beyond for the public. The town of Mounds can sometimes be full of hateful, unappreciative and miserable individuals, but please don’t be one of them. I genuinely appreciate and respect that the employees here at this post office show up and are ready to serve each day no matter the weather! Blessed be those who leave their attitude at the door and treat this place with some respect.”
