“Outstanding Service and Incredible Attention to Detail!
I am absolutely blown away by the level of care and detail that went into my car detail at Nelson’s Auto Detail. From start to finish, the work was impeccable — it honestly looks better than when I first bought it! I took it to him because I had accidentally spilled wall paint in my car. It was very difficult to get out, and he managed to completely remove every trace of it. Nelson took his time, going above and beyond, working for hours to make sure every inch of my Tesla was spotless, inside and out. He saved me from having to have all my carpet replaced! Nelson is a wizard.
What also impressed me is that he even detailed the exterior, which I wasn’t expecting, and did it all for such a reasonable price considering the amount of time, effort, and tools that go into a job like this. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it truly shows. I posted before and after photos.
If you’re looking for someone who treats your car like their own and delivers top-tier results, I can’t recommend Nelson’s Auto Detail enough. Five stars all the way! ?”

“I knew I wanted to have my Cybertruck wrapped as soon as it was delivered here in OKC. I joined several of the social media groups related to Tesla or the Cybertruck. I saw a post about a CT that was recently wrapped by Future Detail and this was during the first week of deliveries in OKC. Finding a shop that had already wrapped a couple of the earlier CTs delivered had me hooked. I reached out to Everett at Future to discuss the process and schedule a time to visit the shop. He still had the CT from the posting in the shop and invited me to come take a look at the detail and workmanship of their process. I was impressed and immediately scheduled the work. I dropped off my CT on a Thursday and picked it up 7 days later as promised. The attention to detail was excellent. From the cleaning, body preparation, removal of trim pieces to allow better wrapping of the vinyl or underneath the trim, the actual wrapping process and finally the complete ceramic coating of all exterior surfaces, each step exceeded all of my expectations. The wrap went around all edges and looks great. If you have a Tesla or Cybertruck and are interested in having it wrapped, ceramic coating or just a detailed cleaning, Future Detail is the place to go.”

“Mario is a master of his craft! I called Mario yesterday, 08/28/2024, and he got me scheduled for a detail service first thing the following morning. I got there this morning a bit before the scheduled appointment to take some before pictures of my car, and he was ready to get started as soon as I was done.
He walked me through the various options I could get (basic cleaning/detailing service vs. various levels of ceramic coating) and told me exactly how much each would cost. At no point did he try to push me towards a more expensive service. I went with the basic external detail and ceramic coating for 1 year protection. He quoted me at $280 for my vehicle (new 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6), which was slightly lower than the price online due to it being new and only having to do the exterior.
Throughout the day, Mario kept me informed of his progress including any issues he came across. He sent pictures with his updates so I could understand what he was referring to. At one point, he noticed that some paint was scratched near the hood of the car, and said if he can't fix it, then I could take it to Hyundai to get it repainted. Turns out I don't need to take it to Hyundai because he did a phenomenal job of fixing the issue.
Throughout the entire process, Mario was incredibly friendly and professional. It's obvious he knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I will absolutely be back!
Also, the price he quoted me at the beginning was the price I paid at the end of the day when I went to pick up the car. No surprise fees, no haggling, just an upfront quote before he even started the work.
tl;dr: if you need a detailing service for your vehicle, this is the place to go. Mario is fantastic at what he does, and he is incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

“First time use and won't be the last. Easy to use and affordable. Washed my truck after a month of harsh weather and road de-icing chemicals. After I was done, my truck looked new again. Spent less than most of the touchless car washes in the area. Includes free vacuums. Only critique I have is I could not find a chart showing the cost of the washer (based on time) when using a Credit card. I'll be back for sure”

“Perfectly acceptable car wash for the price. You need quarters, but they have a change machine. There is a red light on it to indicate if its out of change. (Lots of reviewers apparently don't bother looking before putting bills in the machine, then blame the car wash for some reason....)
Generally well maintained, but sometimes people suck and destroy stuff on the property. Owner seems to repair things as quickly as possible.”
