Terrible customer service. I made a reservation and then got a call the morning of my reservation saying they don't have any trucks for rent. No offer to find me another truck, when I asked if she could find me another rental she said she wouldn't know how to find another reservation. Terrible experience.

Worst truck rental experience ever! Not this places fault. This was just where I returned the unsafe jalopy of a truck to.

We got here to pick up a budget truck and they left us in the parking lot for almost an hour then card machine wouldn’t take our bank card. Bank says it doesn’t even look like it was run. Will never give this place business again. Inadequate supply of cars too.
