The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had me in and out in about 30mins. She was a joy to talk to while she did my taxes. I will most likely go back to her next year.

I got my taxes done this month. I have been with Jackson Hewitt for about 7 years. I have had some great people the past 3 years. This year by far was the best experience I have ever had. I went on a Saturday morning and was scheduled for one person turned out she was at another place. I had the pleasure of meeting Monique Labat. I have never laughed so much in my experience there. She was very knowledgeable. fast and accurate with the information at hand. Thanks Monique for making my experience Great!

I wish I could give negative ratings. I usually do my taxes with turbo and decided to go with Jackson Hewitt this year. That was the worst decision EVER! I have told everyone I know never to go there. The representative missed one of my W2 the main job I had. Then filed me as single instead of head of household. I went right back to get it fixed with a manager. Karen (the manager name) did not care at all told me it would be $180 to amend on top of the $713 they already charged to do them. Even thou the other representatives there agreed that the representative that did mine has had some problems and is known for not focusing when working with people. I just wanted them to fix my taxes without charging me again. They do not care about the people especially new customers. I will never return and will continue to tell everyone else not too.

I walked into this bethany location and Mrs. Monique Kabat welcome me with a smile and gave great customer service throughout the entire time doing my taxes and she was very educated and made clearance on everything, I was educated myself once done, it was smooth experience with Monique, I will choose JH each year because of Monique kindness and explaining everything perfect. I will tell my friends go to JW. ???⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to Jackson Hewitt for the first time this year to have have my taxes prepared. I was very please with the service I received. Monique Labat, was very helpful, friendly, and explained everything as she was preparing my taxes. I would recommend anyone to go to Jackson Hewitt for all their tax needs.
