They are always polite and friendly. They don't overcharge for unnecessary things, and they got my truck looked at quickly and sent me to a transmission shop since they don't do transmissions. I've been going here for years, and they are always professional.

I was unimpressed with John's lack of professionalism in an unfortunate incident that occurred as a result of his negligence. His manner and demeanor were smug and completely uncalled for. Anger management is something I would definitely recommend.

I cannot express in words how amazing this shop is! Best experience I’ve ever had ANYWHERE on any vehicle! They really do care and you can tell, they take pride in their work and do true, honest work and at a beyond reasonable price. Johnny and the team were so incredibly nice and even though I had to spend all day in the shop, I felt taken care of the entire experience. They test drove and most importantly, trusted the sounds I was hearing were indeed not normal which led to a deeper diagnosis than a braking issue. Other places just told me it was normal for a big vehicle like mine. I’ve only owned it for 10k miles and it has 155k miles on it - but it drives better than it ever has, I didn’t know it could turn and sound/feel so smooth! Now for the story if you want to hear: I drive a large High roof Ram Promaster 3500 camper van conversion….and little did I know when I bought it that nobody would want to work on it, not even dealerships (some not all…just Bob Moore in OKC and one in Atlanta). They say they can’t work on them because they don’t have a proper lift well….these guys didn’t even need a lift - took on the challenge of replacing my front wheel bearings (it was indeed a challenge). I had asked multiple places in the past to check them, all said they were fine, but in retrospect, I just don’t think they wanted to do the work because of how labor intensive it is (and delicate). Johnny and his team took it on no problem! They ordered the parts and had them within 24 hours and had me on my way in just 2 days! They made sure I was comfortable - picked me up food when I couldn’t go anywhere to eat (I had my dog with me too and they let me have her in the lobby but don’t think there were any dog friendly restaurants nearby) and even added some extra padding to my chair via a yoga mat to make me more comfortable since I had to spend so much time! (Thank you Sam and Robert! Hope I got the names right sorry if not) My dog even got love all day because everyone was so friendly. I might have to drive back through this area on my way back to the east coast just to see them! Best service experience I’ve EVER had! Thank you so incredibly much!

Was told by another business I'd taken the car to that I needed a tie rod replacement before I could get it aligned. The estimate was about $400. John's estimated about $100 less, then called me shortly later to tell me all that was wrong was a loose bolt on my rack and pinion on that side. The bolt was tightened for about $50.00

Jamie and the guys at the shop are very helpful. Despite my van being one most shops dont want to touch, they were willing to give the repairs a look. Sourced parts for me, helped me diagnosis a tire leak. And were able to slap on a dually tire spacer with studs in a timely manner.
