My son goes to SCU and needed a unit for a short time. He spoke to the owner and she told him as long as he has his things out by August 3rd he wouldn’t be charged for August, he had his things out July 31st and well we were charged $171 for August, promised a refund we never received and then charged us again yesterday 9/3 for September!! I would not recommend giving them your card info to make payments, they continue taking your money despite a verbal agreement. Still no refund, we are out $342!! Pretty aggravating!! Just wanted to share this so other college students don’t get caught up in the same mess.

Always changing the gate code to get in. For several weeks we didn't have to worry about a gate and then all the sudden there it is, and with a new code. Why they keep changing it is beyond me.
Getting way too many big cars,trucks and vans at the entrance those should be towards the back out of the way.

Our son attends SNU, and we are from out of state. As a freshman mom last year, I reached to Morningstar Storage as we did not want to take all of the items back home to Arizona (especially winter clothes - not needed in AZ!). The team at Morningstar Storage was super helpful, kind, and compassionate and walked us through everything! It is worth having storage availability rather than taking certain items back and forth. We will be back next summer for another summer storage! Thank you, Morningstar Storage!

Employee's are very helpful and kind. Wess is very informal and helpful with every kind of issue you might have.
It's a big pricey but who isn't these days.
