Outstanding Service and Incredible Attention to Detail!
I am absolutely blown away by the level of care and detail that went into my car detail at Nelson’s Auto Detail. From start to finish, the work was impeccable — it honestly looks better than when I first bought it! I took it to him because I had accidentally spilled wall paint in my car. It was very difficult to get out, and he managed to completely remove every trace of it. Nelson took his time, going above and beyond, working for hours to make sure every inch of my Tesla was spotless, inside and out. He saved me from having to have all my carpet replaced! Nelson is a wizard.
What also impressed me is that he even detailed the exterior, which I wasn’t expecting, and did it all for such a reasonable price considering the amount of time, effort, and tools that go into a job like this. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it truly shows. I posted before and after photos.
If you’re looking for someone who treats your car like their own and delivers top-tier results, I can’t recommend Nelson’s Auto Detail enough. Five stars all the way! 🌟

I was totally surprised with how good everything looked on the inside, on the center armrest, where the wear spots that were there are gone. It looks like they put a brand new cover over it. They did the trunk, the engine, The headlight restoration was noticeably different as well. Awesome job!

I’ve had my car for 9 years and it was so MESSY from myself and my child. The seats were stained so bad, it smelled of rotten spilled milk so I decided to finally get it detailed and oh my gosh, it looks BRAND new. They did so good and well worth the price! I was so embarrassed I didn’t even take a before picture but here they are now. Thank you!!

I called to schedule a detailing and everything went smoothly at first. I was offered an 8 AM slot and told the cost would be $170. After confirming, I was then informed that if I wanted a “proper” interior detail, I’d need to upgrade to the $185 package—something that probably should’ve been mentioned earlier.
When I arrived, another customer and I were confused because the door was unlocked but no one was there to check us in. We had to search around to find someone, only to locate a person who didn’t speak English and couldn’t assist us. Once someone finally looked at my car, they tried to upsell me again, this time adding a $15 charge for wiping down the engine bay.
Everything seemed fine until pickup. That’s when I was informed they had lost my floor mats—they had apparently been placed in someone else’s car. The most frustrating part? They had already contacted the other customer but didn’t bother to inform me that my property was missing.
When I was about to pay, I said I should receive at least a $15 discount for the inconvenience, considering I now had to make a third (and fourth) trip to Bethany to resolve their mistake. Instead of handling it professionally, the female staff member became rude and aggressive, claiming it “was just a mistake” and therefore not their responsibility. I calmly explained that mistakes at work still come with consequences—especially when they affect customers’ time and money.
Rather than apologizing or offering to make it right, they doubled down and ended up kicking me out. They had a choice: be professional or be childish. They chose the latter—and lost a customer because of it.

Did a good job cleaning the vehicle up but it would not start when I went to pick it up. It is at a shop now trying to get it running again.

My Forester needed some TLC after a cabin trip. Nelson’s Auto Detailing shop had my car looking brand new!! There were spots in my car I couldn’t clean and they got into every nook and cranny. Paid $250 for a complete detail and it was worth every penny! Some places charge $300+. It doesn’t even small like dog and food in here anymore. I hopped in before I could even get pictures!! I totally recommend this shop.

My wife recently gifted me a full vehicle detailing for my birthday. She had a great experience with the scheduling and communication leading up to the appointment, and we were both excited to support a local business.
Unfortunately, the follow-through didn’t match the first impression. After picking up the car, I found two broken pieces of plastic in the center console—it was the pieces of the cigarette lighter cover that had clearly been damaged during the service. What’s worse, no one mentioned it at pickup. There was no explanation, no note, not even a quick heads-up. That’s unacceptable.
I took the time to write a respectful email to the owner, hoping to give them a chance to respond and take accountability. They never replied.
We make a conscious effort to support locally owned small businesses, and we understand that mistakes can happen. However, integrity and accountability are essential—especially when customers rely on honest reviews to guide their decisions, just as my wife did when choosing this business. A simple acknowledgment or explanation would have gone a long way in maintaining trust and transparency.
Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything. Ignoring a customer who brings up a valid concern shows a lack of professionalism and care. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others looking for quality service and honest communication.
