Poor customer service. Made a simple request to contact a dealer to ask a question, man at register refused to call since the item was priced at $85, instead of $100. Made zero effort, won’t be shopping where the customer service is completely non existent.

We used to love this place, but a while back they made some pretty major changes to their setup.
They used to be what I would call an antique superstore. They have a massive showroom floor and they always had super cool antique stuff that was both super fun to see and talk about, and also some of it I just had to take home.
But since they changed, it just isn't the same space anymore. These days it feels more like a boutique/flea market, with lots and lots of new, newish, and handmade items for sale.
Not that any of this is bad, if that's what you're into. But that's not what we loved about the Rink so we've been disappointed the last few times we've been there. I'm not sure that it's going to continue being in our usual rotation of antique stores we like to visit.

Fun experience, every time!? Booth style shopping, high-end flea-market feel, some vintage pieces but no junk! See something new every time. ? Store well-maintained, clerks always cheerful, ready to assist but not pushy. ? Some aisles/boothes have to squeeze through but all-in-all ample browsing space. The variety is just amazing! Furniture, lawn decor, metal signs, records, toys, clothing, candles, purses, shoes, dinnerware, jewlery...allow at least 2 hours to take it all in.

Something has changed in the last few years and the change isn't great.
Also- I bought this skull for $3 at the Dollar Tree, but its $9 at the rink. literally bought a brand new one 2 weeks ago for $3. literally.
