I absolutely recommend this shop for any transmission needs! My car was in and out in a week and I paid the price they quoted me. They also have a fantastic warranty. My car drives great now and I’m excited to be able to continue driving it for quite a few more years!!! Roy’s is the best!

I was recommended to this shop for servicing my 2021 F150. They serviced my transmission and transfer case (80k miles) I was getting a little rougher shifts than I liked. The service smoothed out my shifts and I’m very happy. Fast, friendly service and the tech was happy to speak to me afterwards to answer a few questions for me. Seemed like a good honest shop. I would go back to them again.

I just called to ask a simple question about fluid type, and Roy was jovial, upbeat, confident in his knowledge and more than willing and wanting to help me. I haven't even brought a vehicle to him, but his attitude on the phone makes me have no doubts about where I'm bringing my vehicle when/if an issue comes along.

We spent a month trying to get my sons car to start, replacing the battery and starter at another shop just to be told it was the transmission. Looked up Roy's on Google, had it towed there and it only took Steven a couple of days to have it running and it wasn't any of those things, no transmission issues either..it ended up being a connection that they didn't even really have to fix and could have easily told us to tow it to a regular shop but instead they took the time and fixed it...and then charged a more than fair price. Will never use another transmission shop.

I was referred to Roy's by another transmission shop that was backed up and couldn't diagnose and repair my vehicle. Roy's was able to get me in same day and was able to have my vehicle back up and running the same week. Although my vehicle did require a new transmission, l feel confident they did everything they could to get me back on the road safely and timely for the best price. It is a family owned business and everyone working there is very through and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to other friends and family.
