The best place we've been for physical therapy! They make feel cared for and you get individual attention. My wife has been going here and really appreciates that they are interested in helping her make a full recovery.

Great team of therapists that are on top of your recovery. I went to a different therapist last summer and on the final visit I had a therapist put me on an elliptical. I had no experience on the machine and immediately fell while it was in motion. The result was a broken ankle. Stay with someone you trust that can get you the results you need. Select has proven that they can perform.

I've had a bad experience you should all know about. First, when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist kept me on the phone for 12 minutes making a PT appointment! It was apparent that she wanted me to verbally give her ALL of my information over the phone. SPT needs to review their appointment making policies. Somehow I don't think they intend to keep their prospective customers on the phone for 20 minutes. Also, I doubt she can type. When I asked her why she didn't type if off of the forms I fill out fir the first visit she scolded me saying "I never get anything done when I do it that way."This morning I had trouble finding their Bethany, Oklahoma, location. The listed address navigates to a building down the block through google maps. There, after you park, as you approach the wrong building, You can read a 8 and a half by 11 piece of paper through the tinted window that says that the office is two buildings to the east. Two buildings to the east is the Southern Nazarene University gymnasium. Not thinking that you would have a medical office in a college gymnasium, I proceeded east two more buildings and then drove back towards the gym. Seeing a 3ft tall sign on the corner (that does not have directions to the correct entrance) I parked, got out, and proceeded to the closest door (that was locked). I then drove around the gym to the Northwest corner of the building and saw a third sign. As I was parking the receptionist that I had had trouble with while making the appointment called. I told her I was parking and she proceeded to tell me that she did such a good job usually that she would even walk down to the street to get people. She also mentioned that the reason that I didn't know how to get there was that I cut her short because I was too busy to listen after 12 minutes on the phone with her. She went on to explain that sometimes it takes 20 minutes for her to make an appointment and that she tells people how to get to her hidden facility at the end of a 20 minute phone call intimating that I'm the one at fault for my own frustrations.I finally got parked at the back of the parking lot, got into the building and found a fourth sign indicating I needed to take the elevator to the third floor of the gym. Now 10 minutes late for my appointment, I walked into their lobby, stepped to the counter, and picked up a clipboard. The receptionist made a snarky remark to which I replied this has been a very frustrating experience and took a seat to fill out the paperwork.As I sat down, she proceeded to tell me how "usually I get lots of compliments and that I'm sorry that we're not up to your standards". At that point I decided I agreed with her. I handed her back their clipboard and told her I would take my business elsewhere.Then I tried to use the contact page on their website to complain. It doesn't work. I then called, navigated the phone tree, tried to leave a message, and it hung up on me.

I had a great experience with Select Therapy. Kara was outstanding and was very instrumental it getting my hand back to full use again. The atmosphere there is so positive and upbeat and all the therapists were very friendly. If you are in need of physical therapy I would definitely recommend using Select Therapy!

Kara is absolutely the greatest! It’s always like visiting my friend for an hour, and even funner to watch her interact with the other patients and see the cutest relationships that she develops with all of her patients. I will definitely be sad when my time in therapy is over.

This is a super place to go for PT. The people are great. I was impressed at what I had accomplished in only a few visits. Everyone is kind, helpful, friendly, and it's not far from my home.It will take a while to get where I need to be, but these folks will help me get there, and I am overjoyed I have there expertise.
