I have been using this business for over a year now. Going on my second year at the moment, there’s not a doubt in my mind that I will ever use another printer servicing company/printer providing company in my near future. As long as they’re open, nobody else will have my business. Nor will I ever purchase my own printer, because it just doesn’t make economical sense. These people are beyond fair in their pricing. They are easy to get a hold of when there is a problem, and they have proven it to me many many times that they can be trusted. Do yourself a favor, when you are reading reviews, don’t ignore this one. I won business of the year in 2019 for the US by the Better Business Bureau for ethics. I think it gives me pretty good reputable consideration when it comes to an opinion. Look through no other reviews as that may be confusing. Only pay attention to this one if you want to be treated fairly and promptly.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this business treats their customers. Not only did they go out of their way to get us a machine that would meet every need we have, they have patiently taught us how to use it, taken all of our calls and answered all of our questions. Anthony is fantastic and will make sure your xerox machine does exactly what you need it to do.

WOW! The lady that answers the phone has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. Asked simple questions, but she literally had the most condescending toner I’ve heard in my life. I felt belittled and someone humiliated. Never doing business with this company.

I have had the opportunity to work with The Digi Group in Oklahoma City for the first time. They were beyond GREAT to work with. They helped me meet a deadline I would not have been able to make without them. Five Stars for a team of professional and caring people.
