The pharmacy is Terrible. Always out of meds and never get them ready in time. I'm on heart meds and they were delayed for a week. They were able to "find" 5 days worth and said they would have the rest before it runs out. I'm out tomorrow and it still says it won't be ready for another 5 days

I tried to make an appointment today here for my mom and I for Covid booster and the guy in the pharmacy with a beard was unhelpful and rude, I gave him all the information he asked for and he seemed to feel he could tell me after I spoke to the cdc that his information was current and I didn't need the booster and they will update it later to tell us when to get them (it's supposed to be every 6 months according to the cdc) I asked him about my Mom and he said she could but since there was a problem with her insurance the last time blah blah blah, Walgreens simply wanted to run a different insurance even though I gave them the primary insurance. Walgreens made the problem. These people aren't there to help customers. The guy was saying how his computer was taking forever and getting frustrated. He wanted me to go online and make an appointment, the woman I spoke on the phone to at this Walgreens told me to come in and they would schedule the appointments, I left with nothing getting done. I went home and went online with Walmart and made appointments for both my mom and I and went in and got our Covid boosters. I'm not coming back after repeated lame excuses by incompetent staff. The pharmacy area in this Walgreens is dirty and the register area is a mess, I told the employee with a beard the container holding lip balm had an open container of lip balm in it and he took it and put it out of his site however left it in site of customers.

they take a ridiculous amount of time to fill prescriptions. They don't realize that some people can't just go home and come back and pick up their prescriptions later. So I sat in the parking lot for an hour and waited and then went to the window, and when I told him it already been two hours they wanted to get an attitude and say well it's still gonna be another 30 minutes at least. everyone that works in the pharmacy gets an attitude not just the person I dealt with today. using a different pharmacy from now on. I've given them plenty of chances.

This is the nearest pharmacy for me, the drive thru does take long, and I don't know why but if you go inside you'll get your prescription faster rather than the drive thru; that's why I changed my pharmacy to the one inside Walmart Supercenter (Reno and NW 3rd), and I only come here if I really need to.I hope they do better, because it's a needed service, they're at a great location and are nice to customers, they are just not fast enough.Like all Walgreens they have photo service, food, office supplies and gifts aisle.You can also schedule flu and Covid shots.??- Great parking space- Wheelchair accessible parking- Wheelchair accessible entrance- Wheelchair accessible restroom- Nice and friendly service??- Slow service in drive thru

I was a Walgreens customer for 8 years, it was the only pharmacy I used but they have gone way down hill. Their lines are incessantly long, staff is extremely rude and unaccommodating. Wednesday, I waited over an hour past my appointment time for vaccines, that I ended up not getting because I had a parent teacher conference to get to. I have since switched to Walmart neighborhood pharmacy and they have been fantastic. They are quick and all of their staff is very customer service oriented.

I was told by employee, Charles, that I could not drop off my Tylenol three prescription because I did not have my ID with me, but I had just gotten out of the hospital! I was not thrilled by this and went to another Walgreens and they said this is an absolute lie! So Child is a liar, and I have proof! So you need to fire Charles because he's not helping your company

Terrible experience. Had an appointment at 2:15pm for a flu shot. Did not get checked in until 2:40pm. The whole experience took over an hour even though I filled out all the paperwork online. Definitely do not recommend.

I had the best customer service from Tanya in the pharmacy department. She was kind, patient, and detailed with her instructions. She went above and beyond to help me out with me and my mother-in-law out with her prescriptions. I was beyond impressed with the service from everyone at this location in the pharmacy department.

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They tell you that your prescription is ready for pickup when it's not.

Had a severe sinus infection and got my prescription sent to this Walgreens on Rockwell and Hefner. Went to get my meds at 10pm when I got off work and the Pharmacy was closed (website says open 24hrs). I was told by the cashier they would open at 7am the next day. I showed up at 745 and the Pharmacy shutters were still down. Morning cashier went to the back to get them and I had to wait until 8am before they opened the shutters. I asked about their times and was very rudely told that there is a sign in the drive with the hours of operation so I said I came through the front door and there is no sign. He continued to give me attitude so I gave it right back. He then proceeded to give me HALF of my medication and then said IF I NEEDED THE OTHER HALF I NEEDED TO DRIVE TO EDMOND! I was livid at this point. Needless to say I WILL NEVER recommend this Walgreens to not even an animal as they treat you the patient worse than. I also felt racially attacked but after reading some of the other reviews it's not just racism they are just plain RUDE, NO COMPASSION AND NO PROFESSIONALISM!

They gave my son's antibiotic prescription to someone else and then treated him like it was his fault and that he had something to do with it even though it was their negligence. Completely incompetent I do not recommend this location.

Pharmacy tells me that prescriptions will be ready in 10 minutes and yet over 30 minutes later I'm still sitting waiting and they're shutting down for lunch? Didn't even say anything knowing I was sitting there....
