I would highly recommend 918-construction!! They remodeled our back patio and we were blown away by the end results. Their work far exceeded our expectations and now we have an amazing back patio oasis!! They were always punctual and respectful. I will definitely use them again in the future!!!!!

Phil was very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable when it came to our roof repair. $2,500 less than another company quoted for the same amount of work, and Phil even had his crew throw in a few complimentary add-ons such as gutter guards, touching up some old paint, etc. Misty was helpful as well as patient with our many questions regarding various estimates and our final invoice.

Misty called to make an appointment with me. The day of the appointment I didn’t see Jared show up nor did I get a call from him. I made the call because he was late and did not show up. The roofer Jared said he was backed up with appointment so he wanted to come at a later time of course we couldn’t do the time he said that’s why it’s call appointment! We then went ahead and book another time later that week. The exact thing happen, no call, no show. I called the office and Jared came up with another excuse that it was raining, I lived in Collinsville so he could had came or had the audacity to call to say he couldn’t come and backed up with his appointments again. We booked the next week after and this time he was late. I had called another company (Conrad roofing) and came before 918 construction.

918 is my "go to" company. They actually listen to what you want and give you honest answers and honest quotes. We mostly use them for roofing but they also do home remodeling. They have been around for a long time. Our person we presently deal with is Vanessa and she is great but other people we have dealt with from 918 have also been very good.

Jerod and his team did a photo inspection of my roof and sent us several color photos detailing damage. After a claim was filed he reviewed a timeline, made upgrade suggestions that would be cost effective and extend the overall life of our roof & home. The new roof looks great and he returned to show me where these improvements were, what they looked like and how they helped. Answered ALL of my questions. His final inspection guy took a few photos and pointed out some wood rot starting under a few windows that needed to be resealed, replaced and painted. Once again....save me from costly repairs later. Thank you!

Phillip and Javier and their crew were a pleasure to work with on our backyard project. Phil was immediately responsive when I first contacted them and communicated with us frequently throughout the entire project. Their work was completed in a timely manner and the results look exactly how we had discussed. They were a very professional and hard working group. Having recently gone through a remodel project with a different contractor, and still continuing to receive no follow up from them on some uncompleted work, we found in comparison that working with Phil and Javier before, during and after the project was very professional, timely, quality work, and greatly appreciated. Jerod is always easy to work with. Javier and his crew painted the interior of my home and did some sheetrock repair. They were always on time and reliable. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up afterwards. I felt at ease with them working in my home.
