Well I will still use the shop for other things but will add have not had good luck recently on some research issues
Charged a fee for the overall review and or diagnostic of the issue , but unfortunately paid extra few hundred dollars for research that I feel should not be paid by the consumer , especially when the work was not completed due to uncertainty , I would rather them just state we cannot perform this work and save my money.

Spoke to Michael multiple times about my vehicle very competent respectful and direct on all his information.... Most impressive part is you know he's going to have say so in every build in every vehicle that comes in while maintaining an excellent relationship with his clients..... You're not going to find that anywhere else.

A&B Complete Automotive Repair provides exceptional service.
I discovered A&B Complete Automotive Repair while searching for a used vehicle. They are local to Bixby, and all the positive reviews caught my attention. I reached out and scheduled a pre-purchase inspection for a SUV I was interested in at the time. The thoroughness and transparency during the inspection left me very impressed. Although I didn’t buy the initial vehicle, I later found a better one and returned to A&B for another inspection. Their upfront honesty instantly established trust with me and made me feel confident in my vehicle selection. Everything was explained in great detail, and there was no fluff or un-needed upsells. Going forward, I’ll rely on A&B for all my vehicle needs!

I took our truck in, they maintained communication, fixed the issues, didn’t try to upsell parts. They did the job outstanding work! Feel they gave me my money’s worth. Definitely taking my vehicles back for any future repairs!

Fast and honest! All around excellent service. I brought a really tough case to them, and they explained everything up front and gave me the prices before beginning any work. They completed the repairs and ran into a snag trying to program the computer. Rather than fire the parts canon at it and waste a bunch of money, they referred me to another shop that specialized in difficult Fords. It got reprogrammed the next day. I’m so happy with the way A&B handled this situation that I’ll be back again and recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic.

Quick and friendly service!
I called in the afternoon on Tuesday to request service. I dropped my car off late that night using the courteous drop box. They called me Wednesday morning with the diagnosis and discussed ordering parts. By today, Thursday, morning my van was ready for pick up with everything completely fixed!
When I couldn't get there before they closed, they suggested to put my keys in the car with receipt while I pay over the phone and I used my spare key to collect my van. It was very helpful!

THESE PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE AND RIP OFF ELDERLY CUSTOMERS!!
My grandma took her car here to get fixed and when she got it back it ran worse than before and now had issues with timing. They told her to bring it back up there and then told her it was going to be thousands more to get it fixed and back out. Mind you my great uncle is paying for the repairs because my grandma is on disability so my uncle pays to get the car out and on the way home the car breaks down and has been parked ever since after thousands of dollars and the car being worse than the original time it was brought in. When my grandma called up there to talk to them and ask them about the work the guy told her “I’m too busy to answer all of your questions over the phone you’ll have to come in” HER CAR DOESNT RUN TO EVEN GET ANYWHERE!!! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM TO ELDERLY CUSTOMERS AND I WILL BE GOING TO THE NEWS STATIONS TO WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THEHM SINCE THEY CANT MAKE IT RIGHT!!
