I am at the Bixby location and very pleased with the service. Wade Wilson helped me and I am very happy with the service. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and was very thorough. Thank you ??

My Son went into the store and September 2022 traded a phone in for a Samsung galaxy 22. I believe they were supposed to use an upgrade we had and my son clearly thought that’s what they did. They said nothing about opening a new line but they opened a new line on my account, and did not use the upgrade. furthermore when I got my bill with the installments a month or two whenever they went on a month later I noticed that instead of it being like six dollars a month with the trade-in, there was no trade-in so the phone we traded in never got applied to the transaction. I called and complained about this. I have been calling and complaining about this for months since September 2022 And I’ve been a customer for 18 years yet. AT&T has done nothing about this and I have an extra line on my account that no one‘s ever used so I finally filed a fraud report that’s been months ago and I’ve heard nothing from them. I’m very disappointed and I am I’ve already paid like I think 16 installments for $27 a month. It should’ve been six dollars come to find out the original employees working at that store. We’re all fired, and all new employees were hired. I still would like something done about this yet I’m waiting

On 03/24/2024 I cane into the store to get assistance with transferring my son's phone information to his new phone.As we entered the store a lady was sitting at the table and we asked if she could help. She advised me it depends on how (1) how long back up takes, me not aware of the back up process. She had a snobby attitude and I immediateky asked if I could speak with someone the else . (2) The second individual didn't ask me yo verify any of my information and immediately begin yo tell me that ii would need to call customer service and that they are not required to assist and At&T advised them not to assist in the store. I have been with AT&T for 5+ years and have never heard any nonsense. I asked to speak with a manager and they advised me that this was corporate store, which the Bixby location a a franchise. That was the first and last time I will ever step into this store.

The new store manager is amazing! Very easy to talk to, engaging, patient, and great personal care. I will definitely be coming back to her for my future AT&T endeavors. She is a rock star!

The manager Shawn helped me today at the bixby store and I couldn't be more pleased. He got me hooked up with the exact WIFI plan I was hoping for and had me in an out in less than 30 min!

Best experience I have ever had with AT&T! I broke my phone, and stopped by to see what my options were. Caleb took his time to help me walk through different options, and got everything taken care of. Best customer service I have experienced in a while! Caleb is definitely an asset to this location!

I had my phone stolen from my car last night. We came into the Bixby store and had Shawn the manager of the store. He was fantastic! He had amazing customer service was patient with all of our questions. I highly recommend Shawn and his store!!! If I could give a million stars I would.

In regards to Caleb (title/position unknown) I’ve never had an experience with an electronic/phone store like what I had Saturday night.I accidentally called the wrong store that was farther from me and got treated like some what of a nuisance I imagine because our issue was not related with spending hundreds of dollars. I was then directed to my local store this 1 towards downtown Bixby on memorial and was greeted by a extremely respectful friendly voice over the phone who invited me over to the store to resolve my issue I showed up very late close to closing time and felt bad/grateful assuming he would have to stay late to fix our issue. To my surprise I decided to look at some phone cases while he worked and he was done installing a new activated sim before I even really even had the opportunity to shop around. Where you would expect to then be harassed to spend hundreds of dollars on stuff you don’t really need. He instead asked me what else I needed and then offered to walk me through whatever product I was interested in. By the time we were done I felt very satisfied in what I had bought from him seeing as I did have products I was interested in but don’t usually shop in person due to salesman. I’m very grateful to have a store like this local to me but if it wasn’t It would be worth the drive. If your ever in need this is the place to go and make sure to ask for Caleb!

I called this morning to inquire about upgrading our phones and told them I would be in later today, they said okay but didn't say anything about being closed at a weird time for lunch So I drove all the way there at 4pm and they were closed with doors locked.
