The Rocky Mountain All Terrain tires on my Silverado are great. Improved my ride and they are a quiet tire with very little noise. Didn’t have to break the bank to get a much improved ride with tires that look great. Joseph at the desk in BIXBY got me in and out in the time he said they would and took good care of me. Another satisfied customer.

Discount Tires is definitely the place to go! Initially, I had my tires looked at and replaced at a location in Texas. Now, skip forward a year later, which today, I am at the Discount Tire in Bixby Oklahoma; and what more can I say other than Top Tier customer service. 100% the best, I appreciate all the help. The team was quick with labor, and Trey a floor rep is the man to go to. I’m sure Treys coworkers, his fellow floor reps, are excellent workers when it’s comes to customer service. Thanks, and again I appreciate all the help. I highly recommend to anyone reading this review, if you need a tire shop and if your are in Bixby Oklahoma, check out the Discount Tire shop. ???? I know I will certainly go again.

I ordered tires for my wife’s vehicle and like a bonehead got the wrong size. The guys at the shop helped me order the right size and got them in on the same day. Extremely impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff.

I always have a good experience at Discount Tire. They are always honest and they care about the safety of their customers even if that means working on pricing so it works with the customers budget while still keeping them safe. They are fast too! I’ve worked with Andrew at the Bixby, OK location and he was incredibly helpful!

The day we were leaving San Antonio Texas to visit family in Bixby Oklahoma, we went out to find a low tire with a screw in it. I went to a local Discount Tire shop in SA and was told the wait would be over two hours for 10 minutes of warranty work. The representative advised they were backed up for Memorial Day sales. I left and aired the tire myself, monitoring it for the nine hour drive. The next morning I went to the Bixby store on 118th Street. Andrew and his team had our vehicle in the bay in less than 10 minutes with the repair completed a short time later. I was frustrated by my San Antonio experience, but Andrew and the staff in Bixby were professional, prompt, and put our safety over sales. Thank you to the Bixby team for restoring some faith in MY choice to do business with Discount Tire.

Above and beyond customer service!!! I work directly across the street and desperately needed 4 news tires, especially considering highway driving with all this recent spring rain. Unable to leave my place of work, Discount Tire picked up my vehicle, replaced the worn tires and wipers blades and even dropped it back off along with the invoice. I am so grateful to have this safety issue resolved and completely impressed by this level of customer service. My sincere thanks!David
