Called to buy a 2022 Toyota Corolla, want to pay cash, and they are adding $1500 in random fees, a maintenance program, and other things I’m not interested in. If you purchase from these people they will add significant fees to purchases.

My sister just purchased a vehicle from them and not even a month after paying 13k cash for the car it's completely broken down and is no longer working ! I wouldn't recommend buying a car from this place without getting the vehicle inspected before hand.

Went to Infinite Routes Auto to check out a car that my little brother was interested in. When he arrived we were NOT ambushed in the parking lot as a lot of dealerships/sales guys do. Instead we meandered in at our own pace, and even had a minute or two to look over the vehicle in the show room that we came to see before he approached us. Upon approach he quickly made sure we were aware that this sports vehicle was a rebuilt title and let us know that there is just one lender available to him that finances rebuilt titles. He trusted us to go on the test drive without him and gave us his card should we run into any trouble while we were out.
Brother has good credit and had a decent down payment - we were in and out; keys in hand in an hour…maybeeee an hour and a half. Steve was a stand up guy and seems to genuinely run a good shop there! Will definitely recommend IRA to others!

Bought this truck September 2024 and drove it back to Florida where we live. Did a great job, no issues. Bought it to pull our fifth wheel. We just finished pulling our 43.5 ft 5th wheel from Florida to Virginia without any issues. Love this truck. Had no issues getting title as I see other reviewers stating, also they are completely clear about Lojack and I get insurance discount for having it. So pleased with my purchase!

My husband bought a car from this dealer and started having issues less than a month of owning. While the dealer has fixed a few things, there are issues including the car dying when you start to drive from sitting idle. I have personally had it die on me when I was pulling into traffic. You would think they would want to ensure their cars are road safe. I would give zero stars, if I could as safety should always be first. Save yourself money and a headache.

Tried to buy a car had a trade in cosigner and for some they asked my cosigner to be the buyer which is a ridicules request and when me and my cosigner said no the main financer there responded with “ok” instead of trying to work things out.

/25 car was rattling took it to Christian Brother for possible suspension fix. COME TO FIND OUT THE BRAKE CALIPER DID NOT HAVE BOLTS PUT BACK IN AFTER THE LAST BRAKE CHANGE… (note: done by dealership service tech) NOT ONLY DID THEIR SERVICE TECH FORGET TO TIGHTEN MY LUG NUTS HE DIDNT PUT THE BOLTS IN THE CALIPERS.
UPDATE: I went to get my brakes changed everything went well as they promised until I was driving down the road feeling something strange ON THE HIGHWAY. I pulled over and every lug nut on my car was loose. Some I could twist with my fingers. My tires were not securely mounted after my brake change. Super scary situation. I tightened them enough to get to a tire shop. Once there EVERY LUG WAS LOOSE!!! This could have been a very bad situation.
Amazing, they let me take the car independently to do a pre purchase inspection. The items flagged were addressed when I returned with the car. They fixed the headlight( not working) and topped my fluids off for free. Brakes and rotors needed immediate service. They agreed to do the work in house and went 50/50 with me on cost.
The initial car buying experience was great! I will notate there are extra fees included that are not listed in the price of the car. Notating LoJack is non negotiable along with oil fees and so forth jacking the price up a bit more than listing price. It did not deter me from purchasing the car but that is why it is a 4 ⭐️ and not a 5 ⭐️
Over all experience has been amazing. If anything changes I will update my review!

Buyer Beware! Infinite Routes Auto sold me a vehicle that leaked coolant and I had to take it into the auto mechanic to have repaired. They also force you to buy LowJack for an extra $2k on top of the car purchase price. I do NOT recommend this dealership.
