For reference none of my family will go back to the maverick on the north side of bixby.my brother went in around 3-4 this afternoon after work.got a sandwich from the hot bar it wasn't supposed to be spicy and mad for the first half wasn't then he bit in to a whole ghost pepper that was in the middle of the sandwich.he is hurting so bad I am taking him to the hospital.some people are allergic to capsaicin.it blistered his mouth I hope whoever did this is happy with their selves because it wasn't funny.

What’s the point of having a kitchen area if it’s very rarely open? I’ve been into this location probably 6 or so times in the last week and only once had the kitchen been open, although very little hot food was in their cases. This is frustrating given how many deals there are on the app that surround their kitchen being open. I asked the guy working what the hours were and he said “4am-10pm but it’s sporadic. That’s the best I can do for you.”
Only reason I’m giving three stars is because there’s one gentleman that works there that’s pretty cool.

The night crew member/manager here is so rude. It’s a Tuesday night and when we come in and park while he is doing work on the parking lot he gets mad at us for parking by the doors.

I went in to purchase a drink and cigarettes. Clint was working the counter and decided today would be the first day he would scan my ID. I showed him the front of my license so he could read the birthday. He told me it was Oklahoma law that he has to scan it. I know for a fact it's not as he didn't scan it the day before when I was in there. When I brought up that it wasn't state law he went through with the transaction and charged me, then took the items back and said he canceled the order and that I needed to leave. He never actually canceled it as the charge is sitting on my bank statement. It's no longer pending and the charge went through. On top of all that, when I asked his name he said, "don't worry about it" as he covered his name tag. I had to call the store twice because he answered and hung up on me. The second time a lady answered and wouldn't give me his name but eventually did. Clint is the name of the employee. He doesn't need a job at any establishment that requires him talking to customers. He was very unprofessional.

I had a $35 lottery ticket and the cashier acted like I was using a $100 blil to buy a .10 item. He was acting like he didn't have change because of all the big bills they get. I told him if thats normal then manager should adjust their change order. He jus5 kept going around with me and then didn't give me the right amount of money and tried to day he did but I hadn't left the counter or put the $ away yet so he had to correct it.

There was 2 young men working, both had an ear bud in listening to music one was mopping and the other one was on his phone, I asked for napkins the man on his phone was rude pointing to them. I am short and pregnant and didn’t see them. They both looked at each other and laughed as I was walking out the door.

gas pump #11 held my card hostage for over 1h during my 20m lunch break. It took 20m to get ahold of any form of management and it was a phone call with the GM Brian who said he was out of town and busy but to leave my phone # and I will get a call when my card comes out. I asked him how he could guarantee my card would come out he said there wasn’t and only provided #’s for corporate that I had already tried calling and didn’t work. Extreme lack of service and management skills. The younger male clerk that helped me and got my card out by calling a different stores manager and using tools deserves a raise he acted appropriately unlike his supervisors.

Someone was shot and killed yesterday 4/22/23 in the parking lot. It’s disgusting how you stayed opened for the day. Staff I’m sure needed time to get over the shock. But it’s all greed, need to keep doors open to get those sales coming in. Disgusting.

I do love kum and go but they built a brand new store in Claremore and never once has anyone wiped down the coffee machines, it's getting pretty nasty.
